QoEPro is committed to delivering high-quality, professional Quality of Earnings reports that meet the standards expected by buy-side acquirers, lenders, and investors. If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, we want to know about it and work with you to make it right.
Refunds Before Work Has Begun
Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that work on your report has not yet begun. "Work has begun" means we have reviewed the financial materials you provided and started analysis, which typically occurs within one business day of receipt of all required documentation. To request a refund under this provision, contact us at info@qoepro.com as soon as possible.
Refunds After Work Has Begun
Once analysis has commenced, engagements are non-refundable. This reflects the time, expertise, and professional judgment that go into preparing each report from the moment we begin reviewing your materials. We believe this is fair to both parties and consistent with standard practice in financial advisory services.
Dissatisfaction with the Final Deliverable
If you receive your completed report and feel it does not meet the standards we promised, please contact us directly at info@qoepro.com. We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, revise the report at no additional charge or work with you toward another reasonable resolution. Our goal is your confidence in the analysis we deliver.
Cancellations Initiated by QoEPro
In the rare event that we determine after reviewing your materials that we are unable to complete the engagement as scoped — for example, if the financial records provided are insufficient to support the level of analysis you purchased — we will refund your payment in full, regardless of when this determination is made. We will always communicate openly about scope concerns before beginning work whenever possible.
Add-Ons and Custom Engagements
Refund terms for add-on services (rush delivery, management interviews, lender-ready formatting, additional historical years) follow the same rules as the underlying report tier they are attached to. Custom or non-standard engagements scoped through a discovery call are governed by the specific engagement letter signed for that work.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests should be sent to info@qoepro.com with your order details and the reason for the request. We respond to refund inquiries within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
