CIM Snapshot
$349
1–2 business day delivery
A high-level screen, not a full QoE. Use it before you spend real money on diligence. We review the CIM or seller-provided financials, sanity-check the asking multiple against reported EBITDA, and flag the obvious addback issues and red flags worth a closer look. Buyers vet a target before committing to diligence. Sellers pressure-test their own numbers before going to market.
  • Review of CIM or seller-provided financials
  • Sanity-check on asking multiple and reported EBITDA
  • 3 key diligence flags identified
  • PDF deliverable
  • 30-min debrief call

Standard
QoE Lite
$1,999
5 business day delivery
For LOI-stage decisions, or a seller building a credible package before going to market. Three years of annual financials normalized into a defensible EBITDA bridge, with every addback reviewed and documented. Includes a first look at revenue quality, customer concentration, and margin trends, plus the major red flags. Annual-level depth, without the monthly detail, working capital peg, and reconciliations a lender will require. For a complex deal or anything heading to a lender, most clients step up to the Standard QoE.
  • 3-year EBITDA bridge (annuals)
  • Every addback reviewed and documented
  • Revenue quality, concentration, and margin trends
  • Major red flags identified
  • Lender-ready format

Before You Order

What financials do I need to provide? +
At minimum we need 2–3 years of profit & loss statements and a general ledger export. Tax returns, bank statements, and any owner addback documentation are helpful but not always required. We'll confirm exactly what's needed during your intake or scoping call.
Is the report accepted by SBA lenders? +
Yes. Our reports follow the format and documentation standards expected by SBA 7(a) lenders and most conventional acquisition lenders. Lender-ready formatting, with a cover letter, executive summary, and lender-specific exhibit structure, is included on QoE Lite and above at no extra charge.
Which tier is right for my deal? +
For early screening or IOI stage, start with the CIM Snapshot. For a lighter look or a simpler deal, QoE Lite. For full diligence, especially where a lender will review the report, Standard QoE is the institutional standard. Comprehensive is for complex, multi-entity, or higher-value deals where a management interview and operational review are warranted.
Do you work with business brokers? +
Yes. We have a broker referral program with volume pricing for brokers who order multiple reports per year. Contact us to discuss a partnership.
Can sellers and their advisors order a QoE? +
Yes. The same analysis that tells a buyer whether the numbers hold up tells a seller whether their numbers will survive a buyer's diligence. Commissioning an independent QoE before going to market surfaces the issues early, while there's still time to address or explain them, instead of mid-deal when they trigger a retrade. The report doesn't flex based on who's paying for it, which is exactly what makes it worth having.
I'm an ETA searcher. Is QoEPro right for me? +
QoEPro was built for your situation. Searchers and independent sponsors are a core part of who we serve: You need institutional-grade output without a Big 4 price tag or a six-week timeline. QoE Lite and Standard QoE both fit a typical search fund deal timeline and SBA lender requirements.
What happens if I need revisions? +
One round of revisions is included with every report for factual corrections or newly provided information. Revisions based on new financial data or scope changes may incur additional fees, which we discuss upfront.
